Role Summary
We’re looking for a versatile Brand & Partnership Executive who will scale Prenetics’ revenue by building high‑impact partnerships, affiliate programmes, and ambassador relationships—then amplifying them across our brand channels. You’ll work cross‑functionally with content, design, CRM, and an external production agency to turn collaborations into measurable growth engines for our wellness brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and prioritise high‑value partners (fitness studios, nutrition brands, health‑tech apps).
- Negotiate co‑marketing packages, tiered commissions, and attribution models.
- Launch and optimise an affiliate platform with scalable tracking and performance tiers.
- Recruit and nurture publishers, creators, and micro‑influencers aligned with wellness values.
- Source subject‑matter experts and creators as brand ambassadors.
- Provide briefs and toolkits so ambassadors co‑create blogs, emails, reels, and live sessions.
- Own the integrated content calendar—align partner launches, affiliate promos, ambassador stories, and Wellness Series content.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams; write or edit short‑form copy when speed matters.
- Coordinate with our production partner to execute partner‑branded pop‑ups, workshops, or webinars (you set objectives & briefs; they handle execution).
- Build dashboards (GA4, affiliate platform, CRM) to track reach, leads, revenue, and ROI.
- Present monthly insights and optimisation recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in partnerships, affiliate, or growth marketing—ideally within wellness, sports, or consumer health.
- Demonstrated success scaling affiliate programmes and negotiating revenue‑share collaborations.
- Strong project‑management skills: able to brief agencies, juggle deadlines, and manage budgets.
- Comfortable writing and editing compelling short‑form copy (email subject lines, IG captions, partner one‑pagers).
- Data‑driven; proficient with performance modelling in Sheets/Excel and translating insights for non‑marketers.
- Comfortable managing schedules across multiple time zones and willing to align hours with our primarily North American customer base.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools and workflow‑automation platforms to streamline marketing operations and reporting.
