We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for conceiving and executing digital funnel strategies to drive web traffic, increase awareness, lead generation and conversions, and boost sales through SEM, FBIG ads, YouTube ads, and local ad platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant marketing experience and a proven track record in managing digital funnels, driving performance-based marketing in an ecommerce environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute funnel-based digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website, lead generation, increase conversions, and boost sales
- Create and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns (FBIG ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, SEM, and more) including goals definition, budget management, external agency management, platform reporting and optimizations
- Oversee and implement the paid marketing strategies
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve ROAS & ROI
- Ensure data tracking and analytics at the highest level. Develop conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Ensure the consistency of the brand narratives, visual identity, and voice across all platforms and campaigns
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Collaborate constantly with internal teams: review ads performance with local market specialists, creative and content teams, and ensure cross department alignment.
