We are now seeking a world-class Head of Investor Relations (USA) to strengthen our U.S. institutional investor presence, elevate our capital markets positioning, and translate our DTC momentum into a clear, compelling equity narrative.
Role Overview
The Head of Investor Relations will serve as Prenetics’ and IM8’s primary capital markets representative in the United States. This leader must have deep experience with direct-to-consumer business models, subscription metrics, and valuation frameworks used by top-tier consumer investors.
You will be responsible for crafting a world-class equity story grounded in operational excellence (CAC, LTV, retention, payback periods, cohort curves) and high-growth fundamentals, similar to companies such as Hims & Hers (HIMS), Oddity (ODD), and other modern consumer platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Capital Markets Leadership
- Build and execute a U.S.-focused IR strategy tailored to consumer healthcare companies.
- Proactively engage hedge funds, long-only investors, consumer specialists, and crypto-native funds.
- Communicate our dual-engine strategy: rapid IM8 growth + disciplined Bitcoin treasury.
Investor Communications & Reporting
- Lead all quarterly earnings processes: scripts, presentations, KPIs, cohort insights, and narrative.
- Produce institutional-grade IR content including:
- DTC subscription model breakdowns (CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, churn)
- Cohort analyses and payback period reporting
- Long-term unit economics and gross margin trajectories
- Robust valuation frameworks (EV/Revenue, EV/Gross Profit, CAC payback, etc.)
- Maintain consistent, transparent communication with the market.
Relationship Management
- Bring existing relationships with top Wall Street research analysts covering consumer, health-tech, e-commerce, and growth names.
- Drive new research coverage aligned with the consumer and longevity space.
- Lead non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and institutional meetings across major U.S. financial hubs.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with Tier-1 investors focused on consumer and subscription-led models.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor trading flows, shareholder movements, and institutional ownership trends.
- Analyze comparable companies (HIMS, ODD, TNDM, PTON, FIGS, etc.) and shift our narrative to match or exceed best-in-class benchmarks.
- Track regulatory, macroeconomic, and sector-specific developments impacting consumer and digital health valuations.
Qualifications
- 8–15+ years in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
- Must have proven experience with DTC or consumer subscription businesses—understanding CAC, LTV, retention, cohort behavior, and payback models.
- Experience with U.S.-listed high-growth consumer companies such as HIMS, ODD, or similar is highly preferred.
- Strong relationships with analysts at banks covering consumer, wellness, health-tech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
- A strong operator able to move fast in a founder-driven, hyper-growth environment.
