Supply Chain Lead
Prenetics (NASDAQ: PRE) is a leading health sciences company with a focus on consumer health. The company went public on NASDAQ in 2022 and continues to pioneer innovative solutions in consumer health.
IM8 is our newest venture, a next-generation health and wellness brand co-founded with global icon David Beckham. Launched in 2024, IM8 has become one of the fastest-growing supplement brands in the world within just six months.
The Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to fully own and scale the end-to-end global supply chain for IM8. This is a highly hands-on role based in Hong Kong, responsible for ensuring raw materials, finished goods, and inventory move seamlessly from suppliers to customers — even as demand shifts, launches accelerate, and plans change.
This role is not theoretical or advisory. You will be in the weeds daily: monitoring warehouses, chasing shipments, resolving issues, improving systems, and building visibility for leadership. At the same time, you will design scalable processes and AI-enabled tools to support rapid global growth.
You will be the single owner of supply chain operations, including warehouse performance, forecasting, and supply planning.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Support
Support demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and global logistics
Work closely with warehouse operations across 5 global warehouses (soon 6), covering inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, and service levels
Ensure product is built, shipped, stored, and delivered on time across all regions
Warehousing & Logistics
Daily monitoring of all warehouse performance, stock levels, inbound and outbound flows
Be a coordinator between warehouses, external logistics partners, and freight forwarders
Support logistics scheduling, including supplier shipping dates, freight booking, and delivery timelines
Proactively manage delays, shortages, damages, and last-minute changes
Systems, Dashboards & AI
Own and continuously improve the existing supply chain dashboard
Optimize dashboards using AI and automation to:
Push alerts for inbound delays, low stock, overstock, and exceptions
Highlight risks before they impact availability or launches
Actively use and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 & other systems for supply planning, procurement workflows, inventory control, and reporting
Build clear, reliable reporting for leadership on inventory, service levels, risks, and working capital
Forecasting & Planning
Build and maintain demand and supply forecasts across: Different SKUs, Campaigns and promotions, New product launches & New market rollouts
Use data, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to forecast future demand and identify gaps
Provide regular forecast feedback, highlighting risks, constraints, and mitigation plans early
Supplier & Partner Management
Support on day-to-day communication with: Contract manufacturers, Raw material suppliers, Packaging vendors & External logistics and freight partners
Monitor supplier performance, feedback, quality issues, and delivery reliability
Drive accountability and continuous improvement across partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Quality and Ops teams on launches and growth initiatives
Balance speed, cost, and service levels in a fast-moving DTC and omnichannel environment
Risk Management & Optimization
Identify supply chain risks early (materials, capacity, logistics, inventory)
Implement practical, fast mitigation plans
Improve inventory efficiency, service levels, and working capital
Design scrappy but scalable supply chain processes suitable for a high-growth brand
Who You Are
3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement
Experience in consumer health, supplements, FMCG, or DTC brands strongly preferred
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
Comfortable using AI tools, automation, dashboards, and data analysis in daily operations
Highly execution-driven and comfortable doing the work yourself
Able to operate with ambiguity, speed, and changing priorities
Strong communicator across time zones and external partners
Practical, commercial, and impact-oriented
