The Role
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a social media native who is passionate about health and wellness and is at the forefront of the AI-powered content revolution. As our Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence, responsible for creating viral content, engaging our community, and scaling our brand across multiple platforms. You will be an independent, hands-on executor with a strong understanding of social algorithms and a talent for creating visually stunning and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.

• Lead our AI-first creative process, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to generate a high volume of diverse and visually compelling content, including static images and videos.

• Independently manage the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to creation, editing, design, and scheduling.

• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies to ensure our content remains innovative and impactful.

• Develop and implement strategies to create viral content and generate significant, scalable traction across all our social media channels.

• Analyze social media performance using data-driven insights to continuously optimize our content strategy, increase engagement, and drive growth.

• Identify and capitalize on relevant cultural moments, “cool content themes,” and viral trends to keep our brand at the forefront of the conversation.

• Collaborate with our network of influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our message and reach new audiences.

• Embody a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, taking full ownership of our social media
  channels and driving our strategy forward with a high degree of autonomy.

• Proven track record of success in managing social media for a fast-growing brand, with a portfolio of viral content and demonstrable growth metrics.

• Deep, hands-on expertise in managing Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter, with a nuanced understanding of the algorithms and best practices for each platform.

• A true “AI-first” creative, with extensive experience using AI tools to generate high-quality, visually diverse content (static and video) at scale.

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives business results.

• Exceptional content creation skills, with a keen eye for design, a talent for compelling storytelling, and the ability to edit and produce high-quality social media assets.

• An independent and proactive self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of their work.

• A deep understanding of the health and wellness landscape, with a passion for the latest trends and a genuine interest in our mission.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
