The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Editor to transform raw footage into scroll-stopping, brand-elevating video content for all social platforms. This role is crucial for our content engine, responsible for the day-to-day creation of high-performing video ads, organic content, and long form brand building videos. You will be responsible for balancing volume with quality, turning around multiple video concepts daily in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate is a master of pacing and storytelling, with a strong grasp of social-first editing techniques and editorial long-form content. You are proficient in a range of styles, from high-end editorial to direct response, and are comfortable taking a brief and adding your own creative spin. You will be a key player in our creative team, ensuring our brand expression is consistent and compelling across all video touchpoints.
You'd Be a Fit If You:
Have 2-5 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio of polished, high-quality short-form content for social media that demonstrates mastery of pacing, storytelling, and advanced editing techniques.
Have produced video ads for high-growth eCommerce brands, showcasing both editorial and direct response styles.
Are a master of advanced editing techniques, creative transitions, visual effects, and innovative editing methods that elevate content beyond standard cuts.
Are an expert in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools, and understand how to push these tools to their creative limits.
Possess a strong grasp of social-first storytelling—knowing what hooks audiences versus what gets scrolled past.
Are passionate about culture, trends, and the social media landscape, and you know what's blowing up before everyone else does.
Are open-minded, willing to learn, and able to take feedback to manage video revisions effectively while maintaining your creative vision.
Have experience with motion graphics and 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D (Bonus points for experimenting with AI tools for editing and ideation).

Turn Shoots into Scroll-Stopping Content: Edit raw footage into high-performing videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
Move Fast, Stay Sharp: Deliver polished, high-quality edits on tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional creative standards and technical excellence.
Collaborate Across Creative: Work with copywriters, designers, and the Creative Strategist to align on concepts and storytelling, from initial brief to final cut.
Stay Plugged In: Keep ahead of editing trends, meme formats, and platform updates, then bring fresh techniques into our workflow to keep our content innovative.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand look and feel across all video content, working within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to push creative boundaries.
