Creative Operations Manager

Creative is only as strong as the system behind it. As our Creative Operations Executive, you'll be the engine that keeps briefs tight, timelines realistic, and output consistently high-quality across performance and brand work.
You'll partner closely with Creative, Brand, Marketing/Growth, and cross-functional teams to bring structure to our creative pipeline — enabling faster throughput, clearer priorities, and smoother execution. You'll also help us evolve toward more AI-first ways of working, where the right tools and processes unlock more time for truly great thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Intake & Brief Management: Collaborate with performance marketing to develop clear, data-informed creative briefs. Translate performance objectives into actionable creative requirements and manage expectations on timelines and resources.
Workflow & Process Management: Own and optimize the end-to-end creative workflow. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure creative production volumes meet performance marketing’s needs.
Quality Assurance & Accuracy: Serve as the final checkpoint for all creative assets to ensure factual accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with product knowledge. Prevent factually incorrect statements in ads.
Vendor & Resource Management: Manage relationships with external creative vendors (video production, design agencies, freelancers). Oversee vendor performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Digital Asset Management (DAM): Establish and maintain a centralized repository for all creative assets. Enable efficient repurposing of creative for different performance channels and ensure brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as a neutral liaison between performance marketing and creative teams. Advocate for both teams’ needs to ensure a harmonious and productive working relationship.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in creative operations or project management, preferably within a fast-paced marketing or agency environment.
Strong understanding of creative workflows and processes, with a demonstrated ability to optimize for efficiency and scale.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
Experience in vendor management, including negotiation and performance evaluation.
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and best practices.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for bridging the gap between creative and performance marketing.
Sufficient understanding of creative work to manage it effectively, even without being a creative strategist.
